02The Douglas & Main District
Approved unanimously by the Dunedin City Commission and now under construction: a district that brings parking, retail, restaurants, a hotel and an events venue to Douglas Avenue and Main Street.
Now rising on Douglas Avenue: a four-story, 309-space district garage with 30,000 square feet of ground-floor retail and recreation, connected directly to the Pinellas Trail. Precast erection is underway.

Approved unanimously and now in design: restaurants and a marketplace, a 280-seat events venue, an 89-room boutique hotel with a rooftop bar, and a street of local shops on Main.
